On Friday, February 14, 2003 at 8 p.m. the Worcester Po8try Project presented a performance of Eve Ensler's Obie Award-winning The Vagina Monologues . The proceeds from the sold out performance benefited charities that combat violence against women. These included local organizations Abby's House, Faith House and the Worcester County Clothesline Project.
