Dave is the former host of the Monday night Community Voices poetry open mic in Westfield MA. He's been published in the Ballard Street Poetry Journal, Ashe, The November 3rd Club and other places. He has also featured at venues in Western MA, Central MA and Rhode Island. He has been writing and performing for 6 years and has the strange desire to conquer vast swathes of the South Pacific.

Dave headed to grad school at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa in the fall of 2010. He is a past co-host and organzier of the Poets' Asylum.
